VZU · An AdaptUs Group company
What VZU is.
VZU is the flagship brand domain of AdaptUs Group Inc., a Vancouver-based enterprise AI holding company with operations in Dubai and Mumbai. Netwit is the lead brand — agentic AI automation for the enterprise.
The lead brand
Netwit.
Netwit is what VZU exists to sell. Netwit is agentic AI automation — production agent platforms with multi-agent orchestration, MCP-native integrations, RBAC enforced at the agent level, and a deployment model that ships in cloud, hybrid, and air-gapped on-prem modes.
The other brands in the VZU family are the surface area around Netwit — Ansatel for communications, PostMTA and InboxGrove for email infrastructure, TrackSphere for field operations, Voice Agently for voice agents, Pointly for point-of-sale, GrantDesk for Canadian grant management, ChartFlow for clinical documentation, Nexus OS for the operator runtime, SWIFTDESK for service-desk operations.
Every brand ships on the same Netwit agent runtime. The runtime is the moat.
The house
AdaptUs Group.
VZU is the public-facing brand domain of AdaptUs Group Inc. AdaptUs is the holding entity that owns the portfolio companies — Netwit, Ansatel, PostMTA, TrackSphere, Voice Agently, and the rest. AdaptUs operates the corporate, finance, and compliance functions for the group.
VZU is the brand customers engage with. AdaptUs is the entity behind it. If you engage VZU on a contract, the contract is with AdaptUs Group Inc.
The relationship is the same shape as Google ↔ Alphabet, or Meta ↔ Facebook. The public brand is VZU. The house is AdaptUs Group.
The founder
Dhiraj Chatpar.
Dhiraj Chatpar is the founder and CEO of AdaptUs Group. He founded Netwit in Vancouver. He co-founded the UAE and India operating companies. He is ISC²/CISSP-aligned and a BC PNP entrepreneur stream recipient.
He sits on the board of the Lower Mainland Business Alliance and the Skills Centre. The community-and-skills work is a separate track from the commercial work and is funded independently.
His personal LinkedIn is the primary place where he writes about the build. The VZU company presence is a secondary channel — company-page organic reach has collapsed, and the founder-led voice is what actually carries.
